Initial Research and synthesis
Our research began with mapping key signals and trends around food, work culture, wellbeing and consumer behaviour. Insights from Sodexo’s research team helped ground us in current behavioural drivers and market directions.
We then studied Sodexo’s organisational priorities and future strategy to ensure alignment with their long-term vision.

Building on provided archetypes and personas, we conducted our own interviews with office workers, focusing on Gen Z to understand work-related stress, food habits, worldviews and aspirations.
